What is pre order?
Pre order is for new designs that need a minimum of slots to be filled so it can be put in production. Pre order open until all slots are filled, it can be a few days to weeks. Pre order may be cancelled, if the slots not filled enough and the money would be refunded. If you want to buy a pre order item please be patient as it will take time for slots to be filled and to be manufactured (might take up to a month or two or even longer)
What is the difference between each grade?
- A Grade: Best pin in the batch. There might be a little bit of flaw as all pins are handmade. But it’s only noticeable when you scrutinize it closely.
- B Grade: Pins will have multiple minor flaws such as tiny scratches, very small air bubbles or minor dust. But they are not obvious when you look at it from afar.
- C grade: Pins with multiple flaws and it look obvious from afar such as large air bubbles, messy glitter or noticeable scuffing.
How is my order shipped?
Start from April 2021, I ship from Indonesia using private shipping agency. There are 3 options for shipping: untracked, standard, and express.
- Untracked: approx. 10-25 days to arrive
- Standard: approx. 10-15 days to arrive with tracking number
- Express: approx. 4-8 days to arrive with tracking number
I can help tracking your order, but I will not be responsible for lost package or problems during shipping and customs tax (if any).
Update : US order will be shipped using USPS and other countries using Singapore Post.
Can I combine orders?
As long as your orders haven't been shipped I can combine them and refund you the extra shipping fees.
Can I cancel my order?
I only accept cancellation for in-stock item. Refund will get cut from paypal fee. If you already paid a pre order, you can't cancel it.
How to change my address information?
You can fill the address change form and after that I will confirm it by email. Please submit the form as soon as possible before I send your order. Submit the address change form here .
When will my order shipped?
I ship order every Sunday (local time), this only for in-stock order. You must place your order by Saturday 10 PM (PT) to be included in same week shipping schedule. Pre order shipment depend on manufacture time + shipping to my place, pin grading, and packing process.
